Automation System/ILS - support for the electronic integrated library system that allows patrons to place holds, check out items, and route items between libraries
Delivery & Interlibrary Loan - regional and statewide distribution of physical library materials
Cataloging/Technical services - cataloging of new materials in the automation system, as well as database maintenance
Technology support - support and maintenance of staff and patron PCs and devices, as well as support of networking equipment
Internet - provide high-speed internet access to eligible libraries
Training and Development - regional in-person and virtual training and user group meetings
Arts and Cultural Heritage Programming (ACHF) - offers funding and program development for ACHF regional library events funded through the Minnesota Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment.
Consulting - consulting services on a variety of library-related topics
