Since its inception in 1976, the CREW method has become the benchmark tool for weeding library collections in small and medium sized public and school libraries around the world. CREW stands for Continuous Review, Evaluation, and Weeding. Developed by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission, CREW: A Weeding Manual for Modern Libraries, provides guidance to librarians and staff on how to cull outdated and no longer useful materials from their collections in a systematic and consistent way.
This photo exhibit was created in partnership with the Page Foundation to highlight the Diane & Alan Page Collection. The banners are 33" x 85". There are 18 in total (17 photos and the required Legacy Amendment banner). The full set can be displayed or a smaller exhibit of a selected set.
